21RAW is a 21 day nutritional challenge which will aid your body to detox, cleanse & lose weight.

Weight Loss on a Raw Diet
Weight loss doesn’t have to be hard, painful or full of denial. You don’t have to be deprived or depressed. You deserve to know how to lose weight easily and without feeling hungry.
In fact the interesting thing about the 21Raw plan is that after about 1 week, most people report a significant decrease in appetite and by week 3 you find that you are craving fresh, healthy food because the ‘clean’ feeling you have in your body is just way too good to let go of.

Why was 21RAW created?
21RAW is a dietitian approved 21 day vegan food experience and learning journey. A current trend in Vegan Diets saw the need for a safe and guided program to be designed.
21RAW is designed for individuals who may have special dietary requirements, therefore needing/wishing to avoid animal products. 21RAW is also for people who wish to increase food knowledge and skills by increasing fruit, vegetable, nut, and seed intake. Learning to have “fun” with food has seen 21RAW become a fun group program. 21RAW has been analysed by an accredited practicing dietitian to ensure all daily dietary requirements are met. All 21RAWers have their own food mentor who is available for support and advice. A dietitian will also liaise with 21RAWers when required.
You don’t need to eat 100% Raw to get all the benefits of a Raw Food Diet
Put simply, a raw food diet entails eating food in it’s unprocessed, natural state. Some people take this to the extreme and isn’t always healthy. We advocate a balanced diet which includes a high amount of raw foods to increase your nutrition intake. Afterall – it is NOT about being part of a ‘fad’ – the important factor is that you increase your nutrition and decrease potentially harmful foods.
21RAW is gluten free and vegan…. Should my diet stay like this after the challenge?
We have many people that join 21RAW because they have medical reasons for avoiding, gluten, meat and/or dairy. If you are one of these people then you need to continue to follow the professional advise you were given. If you do not fall into this category, then we encourage a varied diet that ensures you get all of the nutrients your body requires for optimal health. 21RAW is a 21 day challenge that enables you to change the way you look at food and learn new skills so that your overall diet changes for the better in the long term. If you require further support post 21RAW, your mentor will be happy to help and guide you to the appropriate professional when needed.

Whether you sign up as a team or as an individual, you will be allocated a mentor who will be with you every step of the way through your 21Raw journey.
Your mentor will be there to motivate, inspire and support you along your journey. You can ask them questions, tell them how well you are doing, or you can even whine about not having such a good day (even if it has nothing to do with the 21RAW!)
