I love my green smoothies, but sometimes I just want something a bit 'more' for breakfast. This Quick Bircher Muesli has become a favourite of mine and it is super tasty and ready to eat in under 5 minutes!

  1. 1 medjool date
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 mango
  4. 1/3 cup coconut milk
  5. 3 drop orange Essential Oil (or rind of 1 orange)
  6. 1 drop cinnamon Essential Oil (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder)
  7. 1 cup quick oats (or substitute 3/4 cup raw nuts if you prefer gluten free)
  1. Add the ingredients to your food processor or blender in the order listed above and pulse to combine.
  2. Tip into your breakfast bowl and enjoy!
