Quick Bircher Muesli
I love my green smoothies, but sometimes I just want something a bit 'more' for breakfast. This Quick Bircher Muesli has become a favourite of mine and it is super tasty and ready to eat in under 5 minutes!

- 1 medjool date
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 3 drop orange Essential Oil (or rind of 1 orange)
- 1 drop cinnamon Essential Oil (or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder)
- 1 cup quick oats (or substitute 3/4 cup raw nuts if you prefer gluten free)
- Add the ingredients to your food processor or blender in the order listed above and pulse to combine.
- Tip into your breakfast bowl and enjoy!
- Food Hack: Try using different fruits - pears, strawberries and blueberries all work well
